Shipping

We offer complimentary carbon neutral ground shipping domestically on total order values over $50.00 via UPS. The estimated delivery is 5 to 7 business days. For all orders under $50.00, there will be a $7.00 shipping fee.

Additionally, we offer 2-business day expedited shipping and 1-business day expedited shipping via UPS separate from our complimentary shipping. The final price for both of these shipping options is calculated during checkout and determined by order size and the final shipping address.

Please note that we only ship Monday through Friday. While we strive to ship orders out on the same day, only expedited orders placed before 3:00 pm EST on a business day (Monday through Friday) will ship that same day.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges:

Due to the nature of eco-friendly production runs, we are unable to offer automatic exchanges, so please initiate our simple return process. To ensure you receive the correct size and item, we provide you a complimentary return label and store credit for the specific item purchased, including tax minus shipping upon receipt of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached.

Fine Details:

1. On all exchanges, the exchange must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase.
2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.
3. Contact: Hello@IntentionFashion.com to notify us of which items you are returning as well as your order number.
4. Once your return arrives at our facility and is processed, we will issue you a store credit so you can order the correct size and item within 5 business days.

Returns:

To return an item to Itention, please follow the below directions.

1. On all returns, the return must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase.
2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.
3. Contact: Hello@IntentionFashion.com to notify us of which items you are returning as well as your order number to obtain a return label.
4. We do charge a flat $5.00 return fee to help cover shipping and restocking costs. This fee will not be charged to you, it is automatically deducted from your refund amount.
5. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging if possible and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/ and ship your return the following address:

Fine Details:

1. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item. If your item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged we will process your return.
2. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund
3. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
4. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
