Exchanges:

Intention is unable to offer automatic exchanges, so please initiate our simple return process. To ensure you receive the correct size and item, we provide you a complimentary return label and store credit for the specif item purchased, including tax minus shipping upon receipt of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached.

Fine Details:

1. On all exchanges, the exchange must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase.
2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.
3. Contact: experience@Intentionfashion.com to notify us of which items you are returning as well as your order number.
4. Once your return arrives at our facility and is processed, we will issue you a store credit so you can order the correct size and item within 5 business days.
